Today is a good day. The new coffee shop finally opened that features my ice cream. It has been a long 12 months getting ice creams ready.
I have had to pull back my spending and getting back on budget. Today I made a balsamic bbq sauce, turkey, peppers, onions, and polenta. It was delicious and everything was free except for the onions and some of the items for the bbq sauce.
My housework is suffering a little bit because I am working so much, but it won't be forever.
