I am really struggling to be grateful these days! This will be my fourth week out of six to be working six days. It is not even like I can get excited about extra overtime because it will end up only being two hours at best. I am so happy for the benefits of this job, but the demands and expecting me to have no life by being on call 24/7 is too much!
